For my Destiel Secret Santa, crowleyandgrowley. Who, has finally got back internet and received this so I can now post it here :3 This is my present to him and I am so glad it’s finally done! When asked about what he would like, I was given the prompt of Pirate!Dean and Mer!Cas, with perhaps Cas dragging Dean into the water for a kiss. Which was a bit difficult as I haven’t drawn kisses like, ever. So you can probably guess what my google history looks like… The final piece you see here was heavily based on a piece by Gustave Wertheimer, called “The Kiss Of The Siren”. I want to thank whoiskt and bai-marionette for dealing with me throughout this process, I probably would have gone crazy if I didn’t have people in the fandom to bounce ideas off of, and have people to talk to when I’m driving myself crazy. So thank you, and I’m glad that you like it C&G! I am now going to give my poor tablet a rest before I start something else lol
So I got busy with school and working on other projects, so I didn’t get to do any new pieces for mermay. I really wanted to participate but it just didn’t work out. Instead, have this massively old art I did that nobody cares about! As it says above, it was for a destiel secret santa swap I did years ago. I ended up getting the short end of the stick, but I went all out for my person and they loved it. I am still actually really proud of this, I put a LOT of hard work into it.
